• All firearms and ammunition sold by our store are sold in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

 

• Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns and 18 years of age to purchase long guns. Customers must also be legally able to possess firearms, as determined by applicable laws.

 

• Customers must provide government-issued identification and complete all necessary background check forms before purchasing firearms or ammunition.

 

• Our store reserves the right to refuse a sale to any customer for any reason.

 

• All firearms and ammunition sold by

 

our store are sold as is, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

 

• Our store is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the use or misuse of firearms or ammunition purchased from our store.

 

• By purchasing firearms or ammunition from our store, the customer agrees to release our store and its employees from any and all liability arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of the firearms or ammunition.

 

• All firearms and ammunition must be picked up from the store. We do not ship firearms or ammunition.

 

• Customer must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the storage, transport, and use of firearms and ammunition.

 

• Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the revocation of the customer's right to purchase firearms and ammunition from our store in the future.
